Volunteer Match strengthens communities by making it easier for good people and good causes to connect. They offer resources that help people find volunteer opportunities throughout the U.S. Once you find a volunteer opportunity, you can use Charity Navigator to learn more about the organization.

Charity Navigator charitynavigator.org

Charity Navigator has organized an online database of U.S. charities working throughout the world, and provides evaluations of each of these charities based on their Organization Efficiency & Organizational Capacity. Their 0-4 start rating system, will help you determine what charity to volunteer with.
